Refund policy

TracyB is happy to accept any returns or exchanges within 10 days but please be aware that the garment must be in the same condition that you bought it in - ie. hygiene stickers still in place and tags still attached, unworn and undamaged with proof of purchase included.

• Please make sure you try on your swimwear over your own underwear for hygienic reasons

•. If for some reason you receive a faulty or incorrect garment (mistakes do happen) we will gladly be responsible for all shipping charges to return the garment and exchange it provided we are contacted via email @ tracyb3000@gmail.com within 7 days and the garment is unworn.

•. Please email tracyb3000@gmail.com within 7 days if you wish to exchange or return an item.

•. Exchange items must be returned within 10 days at the cost of the buyer unless the garment is faulty in any way.

•. Please adhere to the washing instructions - chlorine and rough surfaces will damage the fabric. Sunscreen and fake tanning products may also mark your swimwear. It is advisable to hand wash in warm water and dry flat in the shade. After swimming in salt water or chlorine, you should rinse the swimsuit with clear water if possible.

•. There are no refunds or exchanges on SALE items.
